Sharing information about workplace rights and responsibilities with local schools would enable the information to get into the hands of the students. When I see information that is pertinent to the workforce and my students, I share them on my MhsJobs social media pages. Students follow social media quit avidly... more »

Snapchat Campaign

Let's face it, even when we are cooped up at home, we are all time poor. The idea of educating someone about work seems daunting and for teens, boring. But what do so many other brands do to educate teens? Small snippets of intel wrapped into a social media campaign. Federal Aviation Administration

This is for young adults who live in the USA. I recommend that each young adult, interested in Aviation, reach out to their closest Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regional Office (FAA/RO), including FAA's Head Quarters Offices in Washington, DC (FAA/HQ), and inquiry about paid internships.

It is possible, actually in some FAA's ROs--including FAA HQ--is almost invariably, that almost every year, they hire Summer... more »

HSE Servant

In 2009, a 19-year-old teenage worker was injured as the edge of the electric drill wrapped around the glove that the worker was wearing, as he was wearing a wide glove suitable for hand-loading workers and not suitable for rotating machine workers. It is good for the worker to wear personal protective equipment, but the most important thing is to wear the appropriate equipment for each work
